Back to Work!
Sorry for the delay in updates. I’ve recently moved from our downtown apartment and can now proudly say we’re back in a house. Finally. That means all of our crap can finally be under one roof again. So, I had to organize not one but TWO moves: get our stuff from the apartment to the house, and pull our furniture out of storage in Lake Havasu and have it shipped here. Needless to say, it was a lot of work, but totally worth it.
With that out of the way, I can get back to working on CCF9. Case of the Dysfunctional Daredevils should be finished and in the hands of my Posse in a few weeks. Directly after that, it’ll be on to writing CCF10, Case of the Abandoned Bones. With those two novels completed, I can finally turn my attention back to my new fantasy series, the Dragons of Andela. Creating a brand new world, assigning rules, magical limitations, and colorful characters is quite a chore and more daunting than I realized. It’s taking me longer to get it going, so therefore, I’ll get a couple of the Corgi Case Files books out of the way to appease the readers. 🙂
Before I go, I have to ask… have you seen this? Movie star Michael Biehn, star of Terminator, Aliens, The Abyss, and Tombstone, has kindly left a video recommendation for people to pick up CCF1 and give it a try. To say I’m thrilled is a serious understatement! Thank you very much, Mr. Biehn!!
Love this series! I recommend it regularly to everyone in my corgi group.
If the books ever get turned into a tv series or movies, Mr. Biehn would be a great choice to star! 🙂
I feel your pain with the move. We have moved twice in 3 years, and are now in Arizona. I await your next book with great anticipation. Thank you for writing books that make me laugh. Yes, I am a Corgi lover and owner. Well, they may own me. I look forward to the new world of adventure.
Keep on writing.
