CCF#1 Hit Amazon’s Best-Seller List!!

Secret Staircase Books has been trying to get a Featured Deal on BookBub for quite some time. Well, at long last, they were successful! On 9/12/2021, Case of the One-Eyed Tiger (CCF#1) was the featured deal of the day! What was the result? CCF#1 hit the all-time best sellers list! Not in its intended genre (which it did) or several others I didn’t know it was included in (it did on those, too), but Amazon’s overall store ranking. It hit #1!! Thank you very much, Secret Staircase Books! I’m told CCF1 was downloaded 40,000 times! Woo-hoo!!

I’m putting the final touches on CCF14, Case of the Missing Marine. It’s due to be released at the end of October. Plus, I’m also in the process of moving to the PV area, in Oregon, so I have to get it done before we head north. Wish me luck!

  • Thanks for that, V Patanella! Wow. You caught something that not only slipped by me, but my team of beta readers, my publisher, and their team of editors. Thanks for that! I'll pass it on!

Thanks for giving my book a try!

  • Delightful! Not a fan of animal stories but loved "…One-Eyed Tiger." Chuckled through most of the book. Downloaded from Bookbub! So glad I had the option. I didn't even know these books were out there.

You are probably aware, as this book was written in 2016, that Chapter 3, pg 53 of 66/Pg 163 in book: Julie puts stuff away in the kitchen but 2 paragraphs later she heads to the kitchen to put items away including the refrigerator. In case you weren't aware, thought you might want that corrected in the next reprint.

  • Thx, Gary! I appreciate that! There are twelve more published titles in the CCF universe, with a new title ready to be released at the end of next month. Case of the Missing Marine! Jillian's brother is missing, and he must be located before Zack and Jillian tie the knot!

  • Just finished reading The Case of the One-Eyed Tiger. Kudos for a great book. Keep up the good work. I am looking forward to reading more of your books
