Amazon took longer than I would have liked, but I can finally say my latest mystery is now available. Case of the Highland House Haunting (CCF #7) is currently for sale at Amazon, Apple, Barnes and Noble, Google Play, Kobo, and Smashwords. Print edition is available here.

NaNoWriMo starts November 1st. I’m proud to say that I’ll be participating once more. Yes, it’ll be for another mystery title, namely Case of the Ostentatious Otters (CCF #8). After that, I should have my brand new fantasy ready to write. New characters, new world, new magic, and new creatures! For those fans of Lentari, fear not. We haven’t seen the last of everyone’s favorite husband and wife team. They’ll be back!

One last thing to tell you guys. Audible.com informed me that all the promo codes they have given me with regards to my audiobooks will be expiring November 18th, which means I have several dozen promo codes I can give away. I can also tell you that I’ve already started the next book. This time, it’s back to Pomme Valley to see what Zack and the gang have been up to after solving his late wife’s murder in Arizona. If I’m not mistaken, Jillian has just purchased one of PV’s historic houses, and everyone seems to think it’s haunted. Case of the Highland House Haunting (Corgi Case Files #7) should be ready for release by the end of next month. The plan is to finish the book before my wife & I head out of country to celebrate our 20th anniversary. How, you may ask? We’re going on a 2 week European cruise. To say that we’re stoked would be a serious understatement. 🙂

Also in the works is my 6th audiobook, which will be Case of the Muffin Murders (Corgi Case Files #5). Once again, the very talented Bob Johnson is narrating it for me, and it should probably be done within the next month. I’ll let you know when it’s ready!

For those of you who have been wondering whether or not I’ve fallen off the face of the earth, I can safely say that I haven’t. 🙂 Been hard at work wrapping up the final title in the Pirates of Perz trilogy: These are Not the Stones You’re Looking For (PoP #3). And after that? I can tell you I already have the next novel in my cozy mystery series planned out and is currently ready to write: Case of the Highland House Haunting (CCF #7).

After that, I’m going to try my hand at another fantasy novel, but this one will be something brand new, meaning it won’t be set in Lentari. What is it, you may ask? The only thing I’ll tell you is that it will have plenty of dragons, riders, magic, and a helluva lot of humor! With that being said, I’ve been pondering what to name the world, and am open to suggestions. Feel free to leave a comment on this post if you have any ideas you’d like to share. If I end up using your suggestion, or basing a name off of your suggestion, I’ll most assuredly give you credit.

The final novel I’m going to try and squeeze out by the end of the year will happen over NaNoWriMo, and it will be another CCF story. That’ll make #8 in the series. I’ve got several more titles planned out, so it should be ready (fingers crossed!) to be released by the end of the year.

That’s it for now! It’s back to Lentari for me. Those pirates haven’t been having a good time lately, and the final showdown is just around the corner!

Case of the Chatty Roadrunner (Corgi Case Files #6) will see Zack, Jillian, Vance, along with Sherlock and Watson, travel to Phoenix, Arizona, to look into the death of Zack’s late wife, Samantha. I’m proud to announce Bob Johnson, audio narrator for the first three Corgi Case Files audiobooks has agreed to start work on Case of the Pilfered Pooches (CCF#4). We’re predicting the project should be completed by mid April. Damn, he’s catching up! Which reminds me…

CCF6 is almost done. Should be finished by today or tomorrow. Posse members, are you ready to read?

Next up, it’s high time to wrap up the Pirates of Perz trilogy, and then it’ll be off to the lawless land of Cazel and Doiron’s quest to discover his true heritage. Not sure what I’m talking about? Ask me for a copy of Senthyd. It’s a short story which introduces the rare & unique hybrid creatures just trying to survive. Unless you’re the most rare of all senthyds, like our hero, Doiron. Stay tuned! It’ll be my first ever full-length dark fantasy story!

I hope everyone had a great summer! As for me, it was a blast, only the weather here in Arizona is still incredibly warm. Summer just doesn’t wanna let go of us.
